Processing Time

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to be reflected.
Shipping Address Changes
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Rangaraa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@rangaraa.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging for a replacement.
