Return Policy

At Rangaraa, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
    • In the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as final sale, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product details before purchasing.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) for the original order are non-refundable.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@rangaraa.com and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges if you'd like to swap an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Send your item back using the provided label or your preferred method.
